REGULATIONS

HOURS

Monday - Friday : 6am - 10pm

Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 6pm

Anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms must refrain from entering the Club until symptom free for 14 days.

SCHEDULING CLUB VISITS

 

  • All Club visits, with the exception of Badminton, must be scheduled. This includes Squash and Pickleball reservations to prevent overcrowding and facilitate social distancing. You can schedule your visit through the Mindbody app on your mobile device, by logging to the Mindbody platform on your desktop or by calling the front desk at (514) 935-2431.

 

  • For help creating a Mindbody profile, please call the front desk or send us an email with the subject “Mindbody Profile”. We will get back to you with your Username and Password.

 

 

ENTERING THE CLUB

 

  • Every person must enter through the front door, check in and sanitize. The back entrance and parking will be unavailable until further notice.

  • As of Saturday, July 18, 2020, all Members and Staff must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth while circulating indoors (i.e. hallways, between fitness areas, etc.). Wearing a mask is strongly recommended while doing low level intensity physical training. Wearing a mask while doing medium to high intensity training is not recommended by Health Quebec.

 

  • Upon entering the Club, please sanitize your hands, check your temperature with out new contactless device and check in with your membership card. The receptionist will verify your booking and provide you with your own disinfectant bottle and wipe (to be returned at the end of your visit). Please disinfect your equipment after each use.

  • Please respect the time of your reservation. If you would like to prolong your visit, please return to the front desk and the receptionist will extend your stay if possible.

 

 

AMENITIES

 

  • From October 8th to the 28th, Gym Facilities will be temporarily closed. 

  • The locker rooms, cloakroom, and showers will remain closed until further notice to prevent any potential spread. Please come dressed for your activity.

 

  • Please bring your own water bottles and towels. Water fountains and towel availability will be suspended in order to limit shared surfaces.

SQUASH

Singles Squash Regulations

  • Singles Squash reservations are bookable on the hour for 45 min slots.

  • Singles games are only permitted within the same household (same address)

  • Courts will be sanitized between bookings.

  • No semi-private or group trainings 

  • No Leagues or programs

  • Practice between two (2) players is permitted while respecting the two (2) meter physical distancing 

  • Private lessons with an instructor on the court is permitted, while respecting 2 meter distancing. 

Double Squash Regulations

  • Doubles play is not permitted during this time. 

BADMINTON

  • Singles Badminton is only permitted.

  • Playing time is on a first come, first serve basis (rules & regulations outlined at the Club)

  • While waiting to play, please wear a mask. 

  • We count on you to be mindful of players who await their turn to play, so please substitute off after a completed set. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter. 

PICKLEBALL

  • Singles Pickleball is only permitted.

  • Scheduling will be open for 1 hour slots bookable through Mindbody or over the phone.

GYM

  • Our gym facilities are temporarily closed (October 8th to October 28th) due to government mandated restrictions.
